Dispatch

Orders ship same or next business day (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Payment verification can occasionally add a small delay. If an item you ordered turns out to be sold out, we will contact you so you can choose an alternative or a refund.

Australia

Standard shipping is $10 and express shipping is $13. Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $100. We use couriers or Australia Post, and standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from dispatch, a little longer for regional addresses.

A small number of oversized items (such as the Pro Dance Disc) ship at a flat $30 and are not included in free shipping. Any oversized charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

New Zealand

We ship New Zealand wide from Melbourne. Standard shipping is NZ$13.63 and express shipping is NZ$21.80. Standard shipping is FREE on orders over NZ$140. All parcels are tracked and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. A small number of items cannot be shipped to New Zealand; checkout will let you know before you pay.

Rest of the world

Standard international shipping outside Australia and New Zealand is a flat A$24, shown in your currency at checkout. Some items are available for delivery within Australia only.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email once it ships. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, email us at info@totaldance.com.au with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
